The hotel offered spacious rooms and friendly staff. The location was key and very close to restaurants and ski lifts. The shuttle bus service was helpful whenever it was needed as well.
The friendliness of the staff was inconsistent. One particular staff member was unwelcoming and seemed annoyed by requests for a room upgrade and information on personal training services.

the exclusive amenities fulfilled all of our needs for a comfortable and relaxing stay. the staff was always attentive and friendly, providing outstanding service throughout our stay. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were simply fantastic, while the indoor pool and sauna only added to the overall sense of indulgence.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to ski lifts, restaurants, and cafes. Some guests were satisfied with the spacious rooms and the upgraded Honeymoon suites. the friendly shuttle bus crew and the super-friendly staff, particularly the front desk team, received several positive feedbacks.
Some staff were described as rude and lackadaisical, which took away from the experience.

The hotel's staff was very accommodating and friendly. They made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. the location was also great, as it was close to restaurants and ski lifts. the facilities were well-maintained and clean.
One of the staff members at the front desk was not as friendly as we had hoped.
